Who we are

ShaunPic is a mobile application operated by JunziTech Solutions LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You are responsible for everything posted from your account. Accounts are for one person each — do not share yours, and do not create one on someone else's behalf.

You must be 13 or older to use ShaunPic.

What you may not post

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. This includes nudity or violence, harassment, impersonation, content that violates someone's privacy, spam, and anything illegal.

If we find content or an account that breaks this rule, we remove the content, and we may suspend or remove the account.

Any moment or comment can be reported straight from its own screen, and any person can be blocked from their profile — blocking removes their albums, moments and comments from everything you can see, immediately.

We review reports promptly and act on them.

Your content stays yours

You keep the rights to what you post. By posting, you give us only the licence we need to store it and show it to the audience you chose for it.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these Terms.
